I created this program for anyone who is weary of pushing harder and ready to find ease that lasts. It’s less about doing, more about being—with clarity, presence, and presence-rooted change. I draw on over 30 years of meditation practice, a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology, and a deep love of bridging science with lived experience.
