That isn’t failure. It’s conditioning.  We all developed protective patterns early in life. They helped us cope, belong, and move forward. Over time, they became automatic — quietly shaping how we relate, decide, and create.  This work is about interrupting that automaticity.

When you become aware of what’s running beneath habit, space opens. With space comes choice.  With choice comes alignment.  Real fulfilment isn’t something you achieve.  It’s something you live — when your actions reflect what truly matters to you.

You don’t need to do more to be whole.  You don’t need to strive your way into worthiness or peace.    There is a different path — one that begins not with fixing yourself, but listening to the wisdom you already hold.

My Story

I don’t teach theory. I teach what I’ve lived.

I’ve followed my inner compass across continents, careers, relationships, and identities.  I built a successful corporate career in organizational change. I became a mother using a donor. I moved countries. I lost work I loved. I faced moments of real uncertainty and fear.

Each chapter asked the same thing of me:  Slow down.  Listen.  Feel what’s true.  Choose again.

For years, I lived with anxiety and the quiet sense that life was happening to me rather than something I was consciously shaping. I played safe. I followed inherited ideas about success and happiness. On the outside, I was successful. But inside, the anxiety was signaling something I didn’t yet understand — that I was living out of alignment. I kept searching for fulfillment, sensing there was something more, even if I couldn’t name it.

Over time, that search became integration — psychology, neuroscience, embodied awareness, and decades of contemplative practice.

What I Do

Everyone arrives in a different place.   Some people are ready for personal support.  Some want to experience this work in a group.

Coaching

This is ongoing, relationship-based coaching for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain — and want to reconnect with themselves while making real-life decisions from clarity rather than habit.

If you’re navigating a transition, facing decisions, or sensing something needs to change, this is usually the best place to start.

Workshops

Group experiences focused on presence, nervous system awareness, and conscious living.

Workshops offer a shared space to slow down, reconnect, and explore these practices alongside others. They’re ideal if you’d like to experience this work in a group setting or begin gently.
