If you attempt to create something different while still operating from unconscious conditioning, your life will tend to reorganize in familiar ways.
Change happens when you become present enough to see the pattern and courageous enough to respond from alignment instead of habit.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about next steps. Sometimes they’re navigating a transition. Sometimes they’re repeating familiar patterns. Sometimes they’re functioning well on the outside while feeling disconnected or dissatisfied underneath.  This work is about creating real change through awareness, practice, and application.

My approach

My work integrates psychology, neuroscience, and presence-based practices in a way that is practical, and grounded in science.
Rather than focusing on symptom management or mindset techniques, we work with how patterns show up in real time — in decisions, relationships, stress responses, and everyday life.

Sessions combine reflection, guided inquiry, and experiential practices to help you:

  • recognise habitual reactions
  • interrupt automatic patterns
  • clarify what matters
  • make aligned decisions
  • translate awareness into action

This approach builds capacity over time. You learn how to work with yourself in moments that actually matter.  At the core of the work is agency — developing the ability to respond intentionally instead of automatically.

What sessions are like

Each session is a focused, collaborative conversation.  We work with what’s present for you in that moment. This may include current challenges, internal conflicts, recurring themes, or decisions you’re facing.  I don’t give prescriptions for your life.  Instead, I support you in developing awareness of your patterns, clarifying your values, and strengthening your capacity to choose how you respond.  You don’t need to arrive with perfect clarity. The work begins exactly where you are.

How private coaching works

Private coaching is offered as an ongoing monthly relationship rather than single sessions. Sessions are 60 minutes and held online.  This structure supports continuity, allowing patterns to become visible and practices to integrate over time.

Commitment

To support meaningful change, I ask for an initial three-month commitment.  After this, coaching continues month-to-month.  Some people work with me for a few months. Others stay longer. You’re always in choice.
